MARY AGNES GARLITZ

  A requiem mass was held last Wednesday in St. Anne's Catholic Church, Avilton, 
Md., for Mrs. Mary Agnes (McKenzie) Garlitz, 55, wife of William Garlitz, who 
died suddenly on Monday afternoon.  She had been in failing health for some 
time.  Interment was in the Avilton cemetery.
  Surviving are the bereaved husband and 12 children - Roy and Julies, Avilton; 
Harry and Herbert, Butler, Pa.; Patrick, Lonaconing; Mrs. Samuel Tipton, Butler, 
Pa.; Mrs. Russell Durst, Baltimore; Beulah, Fredia, Shirley, Ira and Albert, all 
at home; three sisters, Mrs. Charles Warren, Grantsville; Mrs. Grant Debler and 
Mrs. John Dress, Finzel, two brothers, Joseph McKenzie, Washington, D.C., and 
Thomas McKenzie, Avilton, and five grandchildren.
