    William Hargnett Garman, 67, Wilmington, N.C., formerly of Indian Lake,
  died June 27, 1990, at home.  Born Sept. 24, 1922, in Berlin, son of the
  late John Hargnett Garman and Sue (Deeter) Garman.  Survived by his wife,
  Martha Harding Garman, daughters; Sandra Garman Cline, Somerset; and Peggy
  T. Raber, Shallotte, N.C.; and son, William Pritt, Shallotte, N.C.; two
  grandchildren: Bret and Brandon Raber; brother, John A., Baltimore, Md.  A
  graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Business
  Administration.  Member of Sons of the American Revolution, World War II
  veteran, charter member of Calabash Elks #2679, member of Calabash VFW
  #7266.  Services are being held in Wilmington, N.C.
