  Estella A. Garrett, Friedens RD 1, 87, died Feb. 22, 1983 in DeGraff
  Hospital, North Tonawanda, New York.  Born Feb. 17, 1896, in Fletcher, W.
  Va., daughter of the late William and Martha Smith.  Also preceded in death
  by one daughter and one son.  Survived by these children: Dr. B. E. Garrett,
  Friedens; Bernard, Clayton, N.C.; Howard, New Port Richie, Fla; Pauline
  Headley, North Tonawanda, N.Y.  Also survived by 16 grandchildren and 24
  great grandchildren.  Friends received in the Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar
  W. Va.  Interment, Grand View Memorial Cemetery, Friday, Feb. 25.
