  GARRISON
  
    Ruby Garrison, 82, of Marion, Ill., died Friday, Aug. 3, 1990.  She was
  born Aug. 2, 1908, in Laurelville.  She was a daughter of Thomas and Ada
  Hoke.  She was a member of the Mt. Joy Church of the Brethren.  In addition
  to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Garrison, in
  1986; a son, Thomas Garrison, in 1989, and a brother, Milton Hoke, in
  1961.  She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Hays (Effie) Wadsworth of
  Middletown and Mrs. Eldon (Ruth) Barkley of Somerset; also four
  grandchildren in Marion, Ill.  Service conducted by Rev. Eugene Black,
  First United Church of Herrin, Ill.  Burial, Spring Grove Cemetery,
  Carriers Mills, Ill.
