   Benjamin Gastley, 72, Somerset passed on June 2, 2006 at Somerset Hospital. Born Sept.
  9, 1933 in Barnesboro, he is the son of the late William and Thelma (Harwood) Gastley. He
  is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Thelma Eberlin, sisters Alphretta Calderone,
  Vivian McCauliff, Martha Cramer, Betty Levernight, and an infant sister, and brothers
  Charles, Richard, and William Gastley. He is survived by his children Bonnie, married to
  Robert Mehrhof, and Benjamin Gastley Jr, both of Michigan; grandchildren Nicholas
  Eberlin, Robert Mehrhof Jr, and Adam Mehrhof; brother Harry, married to Pat, of Kentucky;
  good friend and care-giver Jeanette Calderon; sister-in-law Nancy Gastley; former wife
  Mary Jane (Keyser) Gastley; and several nieces and nephews. He was a member of the F.O.E.
  Aerie 1801. A graveside memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Beam's Church
  Cemetery, the Rev. Barry Ritenour officiating. Arrangements by Miller Funeral Home,
  Somerset.
