   Dorothy J. (Bowers) Gaughan, 84, of Exeter Township, Berks Co., PA, died on Tuesday
  afternoon, July 25, 2006 in the Reading Hospital & Medical Center, West Reading, PA of
  natural causes. 
   Born July 17, 1922, in Boynton, PA. She was preceded in death by her parents the late
  Christian and Emma (Stanton) Bowers. She was the widow of Charles F. Gaughan who died on
  June 23, 1987.
    She is survived by two sons: Rick L. Gaughan, Longwood, Florida and Randy L. Gaughan,
  Exeter Twp., Berks Co. PA; one daughter: Patti A (Gaughan) Moyer, Rockledge, Florida. She
  is survived by two step-sons: Charles E. Gaughan, Exeter Twp., Berks Co., PA and Robert L.
  Gaughan, Bremerton, Washington; one step-daughter: Betty (Gaughan) Weaver, Cumberland,
  Maryland. She is survived by one sister: Alverta Bowers, West Reading, PA; six
  grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
    Mrs. Gaughan attended Spring Valley Church of God, Temple, PA. 
   Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in
  Forest Hills Memorial Park, Reiffton, PA. Dengler Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of
  arrangements.
