She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Charles Gaumer, two brothers, Harvey E. Gaumer of Ellerslie, Md., and Samuel E. Gaumer, at home, and three sisters, Mrs. Eugene Lowery, of Bedford, Mrs. Lloyd S. Sturtz, Wellersburg, and Miss Beatrice, at home; also by two little daughters, Myrtle and Betty, and quite a lot of other relatives and friends. Her father, Charles Gaumer, passed away on the 11th of May, 1930. Her death was quite a shock to her family and friends. Funeral services were conducted at her late home by Rev. Von Kaske of Corriganville, Md., a former pastor of the Wellersburg Reformed charge. Her mother and sister, Beatrice, were sick, also, at the time of her death, there being no one to look after their wants but her brother, Samuel, and her sister, Mrs. Lloyd Sturtz, on several occasions for a few hours. Later, Mrs. Dorothy Neubiser of Wellersburg, helped quite ably during their sickness. Miss Gaumer had been sick for three months with gall trouble. She was operated upon for removal of gall stones four years ago, and had quite a lot of trouble and sick spells since, more so in the last year. She was employed in the celanese plant near Cumberland nearly two years. She was sent home sick in October and she had not gone away from her home at any time since.
