GEBST

  Peter Gebst, 88, Meyersdale, died Oct. 9, 1989, at Sacred Heart Hospital,
Cumberland, Md.  Born Nov 18, 1900, in the Soviet Union, a son of the late
Ludwig and Maria (Mogelewski) Gebst.  He was preceded in death by his wife,
Hannah (Bazzar) Gebst, in 1982.  Survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 7-9 p.m. Wednesday in the Leckemby Funeral
Home, where services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, with the Rev. John
Govrusik officiating.  Interment, Donegal Cemetery.
