  JULIA V. GEIGER
  
    Julia V. Geiger, 69, Meyersdale, died Aug. 2, 1981, at Meyersdale
  Community Hospital.  She was born Oct. 6, 1911, in Meyersdale, a daughter
  of the late John and Mary (Bowers) Schardt.
    She was also preceded in death by her husband, Roy.  She is survived by
  these children:  Calvin, Dundalk, Md., and Miss Patty, Meyersdale; three
  grandchildren and one great-grandchild.  She was a sister of: Robert, York;
  Mrs. Mildred Clawson, Saltsburg; and Mrs. Jean LaRue, Meyersdale.
    Friends were received at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale.  Mass of
  Christian Burial was held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at the SS Philip and James
  Catholic Church, Meyersdale, the Rev. J. Clark George officiating. 
  Interment, Union Cemetery.
