  Edward P. Geisweidt, 78, of Jenners, died Jan. 13, 2003 at Somerset
  Hospital.  Born April 20, 1924 in Jenners, a son of Eugene and Amelia
  (Schweika) Geisweidt.  Preceded in death by parents; son Paul; brothers,
  George and Charles.  Survived by his wife of 55 years, the former Audrey
  Dunkle and these children: Kenneth of Jenners, Irene married to Robert
  Blough Jr. of Boswell and Marie married to George Shifflett of Stoystown; a
  daughter-in-law Connie Geisweidt Slickerman of Stoystown; grandchildren:
  Tammy and William Geisweidt, Joseph, John and Jason Shifflett, Paulette and
  Michael Blough and great-grandchildren: Tiffany, Brandon and Hunter
  Geisweidt.  Brother of Eugene of Boswell, Isabelle Shawley of Westland,
  Mich., and Calvin of Davidsville.  Also survived by numerous nieces and
  nephews.  World War II Army veteran.  Retired after 38 years with Bethlehem
  Steel, Gautier Division, Johnstown.  Member of Jenners Grace Brethren
  Church.  Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at
  the Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown were service will be held at 11 a.m.
  Wednesday.  Rev. Shawn Ostrander and Rev. Larry Weigle officiating. 
  Interment, Jenners Crossroads Cemetery.
