  MELVIN P. GEORG

    Melvin P. Georg, 59, Grantsville, died unexpectedly Dec. 27 at his home.  
  Born in Accident, Md., he was a son of the late William and Barbara (Weber) 
  Georg.  He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church.
    Surviving are his wife, the former Neva Wilburn; three sons, Allen, 
  Frostburg; William, Bel Air; and Dennis Georg, Sabillasville, Md.; a daughter, 
  Mrs. Ruth Kennedy, Frostburg; and two grandchildren.
    He was a brother of Paul Georg of Severn, Md.; Arthur Georg of Canton, 
  Ohio; Mrs. Selma Gilbert, Chipley, Fla.; Mrs. Elsie Roberts, Nova, Ohio; Mrs. 
  Ada Sharpless, Akron; Mrs. Laurine Franzee, Accident; and Mrs. Nora Elmo, 
  Baltimore.
    Funeral service will be conducted this (Thursday) afternoon at two o'clock, 
  in Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, with Rev. David Fetter officiating.  
  Interment in Zion Lutheran Cemetery, Accident.
