  ARVELLA M. GEORGE

    Arvella M. George, 80, Grantsville RD 1, Md., died Friday, Nov. 20, 1987, in 
  Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh.
    Born in Pittsburgh July 31, 1907, she was the daughter of the late Phillip 
  and Freda (Hahn) Martin.  Her husband, Clarence George, died Dec. 4, 1980.
    Surviving are two brothers:  Clarence Martin, Turtle Creek; and Phillip 
  Martin, Pitcarin; one sister, Mrs. Agnes Thomas, also of Turtle Creek; and a 
  number of nieces and nephews.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, Grantsville, where 
  services were conducted Monday at 11 a.m. by the Rev. Donald Hersom.  
  Interment, Grantsville Cemetery.
