  EFFIE GEORG
  
    Effie M. George, 77, of Star Route, Grantsville, Md.; died Sunday, Feb.
  15, 1967, at the home of her sister Mrs. Bertha Rodamer, Springs.
    Born in Bittinger, Md., Oct. 31, 1909, she was a daughter of the late
  John and Susan (Beitzel) Klotz.  Her husband, Lawrence P. George, preceded
  her in death.
    She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Bittinger, Md. and was a
  former member of the Mars Hill Homemakers Club.  
    Surviving are two sons, Marlin Georg, Grantsville, Md.; and Elden Georg,
  Fairfax, Va.; three brothers, Raymond Klotz, McHenry, Md., Russell Klotz,
  Friendsville, Md.; and Daniel W. Klotz, Grantsville, Md.; another sister,
  Mrs. Mary Brenneman, Cresaptown, Md. and three grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Newman Funeral Home, grantsville, Md. where
  services were conducted Tuesday at 2 p.m. by Pastor Louise Knotts.
