  LULA GEORGE

    Lula Wagner George, 97, of Randolph, Ohio, died Sunday, May 24, 1998.
    She was born in Hutton, Md., on Sept. 27, 1900, the daughter of Amelius 
  and Fannie (Durst) Wagner.
    Mrs. George was a homemaker.  She had lived in Salisbury until 1935, then 
  moved to Detroit, Mich., with her husband, John.  After retiring they lived in 
  Clearwater, Fla., until his death in 1978.  Mrs. George moved to Randolph to 
  be with her sister, Olla Hillegas.
    She is survived by her niece, Jean (Mrs. Dick) Spencer of Randolph, Ohio.
    Services were held May 29 at Salisbury Cemetery.  Wood-Kortright Funeral 
  Homes, Inc., Ravenna, Ohio, was in charge of the arrangements.
