  THOMAS A. GERBER, SR.

    Thomas Alfonso Sr., 92, 215 Leventry Road, died Dec. 7, 1979, at 
  Memorial Hospital.  He was born Oct. 11, 1887, in Johnstown, son of 
  Mr. and Mrs. Anthony Gerber.
    He is survived by son, Thomas A. Jr., Berlin, and daughter, M. Jane 
  Moorhead, with whom he resided; also three grandchildren and a 
  great-grandchild.  He was former president of Hartmann-Schneider 
  Co., and a member of Worldwide Church of God.
    Friends were received at R. Owen Ketterer Funeral Home, Geistown, 
  where services were held with Mr. Arthur Dyer officiating.  Interment, 
  Grandview Cemetery.
