  GERHARD

    Alma G. Gerhard, 84, of 442 W. Patriot St., Somerset, died Feb. 15, 
  1980 at Somerset Community Hospital.  Born Sept. 18, 1895 in 
  Kingwood, daughter of the late Henry and Anna (Synder) Hostetler.  
  Preceded in death by husband, John R.; daughter, Leoma Watkins; 
  and two brothers.  Survived by son, Edwin E., of Somerset; two 
  grandaughters [sic], Dawn Gerhard of Somerset, and Mrs. Mary Ann 
  Snyder of Falls Church, Va.; and one great-grandson, Lonnie Snyder.  
  Member of Grace U.M. Church and Beacon Sunday School, American 
  War Mothers, and Wimodausis Rebekah Lodge, Somerset for many 
  years.  Friends will be received at 2 p.m. Sunday at the Richard E. 
  Hauger Funeral Home, where service will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. 
  Monday, the Rev. Theodore Cole officiating.  Interment, Somerset 
  County Memorial Park.
