  GERWATOSKI
  
  Lawrence J. Gerwatoski, 67, of Somerset, died Jan. 6, 1989, at his
  residence.  Born Aug. 12, 1921, in Camden, N.J., son of the late Vincent
  and Hedwig (Jarozynski) Gerwatoski; also preceded by two brothers. 
  Survived by wife, the former Constance L. (Lohr) Berkebile; stepsons, Scott
  I Berkebile, Friedens RD 2; and Bradley H. Berkebile, Somerset RD 5; also
  two stepgrandchildren, Jason and Amanda Berkebile; and a nephew and three
  nieces.  Veteran of U.S. Army, World War II.  Member of American Legion
  Post 181.  Retired foreman for Briggs Plumbingware, Inc. Friends received
  2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Sunday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, where
  service will be held 10:30 a.m. Monday with Pastor H. James Meyers
  officiating.  Interment, Somerset County Memorial Park.  Contributions may
  be made to W. Pa. Chapter, American Heart Association, Broad St.,
  Johnstown, 15906.
