    Mabel N. (Blough) Gilbert, 84, Hollsopple RD 2, died unexpectedly March
  14, 1993, at home.  Born Jan. 5, 1909, in Conemaugh Township, daughter of
  William and Rella (Eppley) Blough.  Preceded in death by parents; husband
  Francis A., Oct. 27, 1987; son-in-law, Newton E. Fyock.  Sept. 10, 1985;
  and sisters:  Dora Shaffer and Leora McNutt.  Survived by these children: 
  James, married to Eugenia Pilc, Tacoma, Wash.; William, married to Patricia
  Kenny, Dowingtown; Millie (Fyock), wife of Kenneth Shaffer, Boswell RD 1;
  Walter and fiancee Joyce Holman, Hollsopple RD 2, and Doris, wife of Robert
  Becony, Boswell RD 1; also 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 3
  great-great-grandchildren.  Sister of Anna Mary Berkey, Johnstown and
  Minnie Cruickshank, Hollsopple RD 2.  Member of Laurel Trinity Lutheran
  Church.  Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.  Wednesday at Hoffman
  Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where services will be held at 10:30
  a.m. Thursday, with the Rev. Edward N. Corneilson officiating.  Interment,
  St. James' Cemetery.
