Gillum, 81, of Markleysburg, died Nov. 26, 2003, in Uniontown Hospital. She was born July 4, 1922, in Confluence, a daughter of the late William and Flossie (Hall) Lancaster. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William C. Gillum; three infant children; brothers Park and Grant Lancaster; and sister Pauline Tissue. She is survived by a daughter Patricia Ann Thomas of Columbia Station, Ohio; grandchildren Troy, Jenine, Corey and Vanessa; and eight great-grandchildren. She was a member of the Circleville United Methodist Church. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Saturday at the Humbert Funeral Home in Confluence. Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Grace United Methodist Church, Route 281, Confluence, with Rev. Timothy Rogers officiating. Interment in Addison Cemetery.
