Born Dec 6, 1922, in Johnstown, a son of the late Joseph Edward and Della Myrtle (Marsh) Gilmore. Survived by his wife, the former Ellis Elaine Flick; a daughter, Mrs. Leonard (Mary Louise) Gorson, Randolph, N.J.; stepdaughter, Miss Mary-dean Barsis, Somerset RD 3; and stepgrandson, Landon Gregory. Also survived by his mother-in-law, Mrs. Mary Flick of Somerset RD 3. Brother of: Samuel Gilbert, St. Petersburg, Fla.; Mrs. Bert (Margaret) Donahue, Johnstown; Joseph Edward, Modesto, Calif.; Thomas John and Curtis Elsworth, both of Johnstown. Self-employed scrap iron and metal salvage operator; resident of Somerset for the last 12 years. Member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Johnstown. Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Tuesday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Wednesday at the Hauger-Ziegler Funeral Home where services will be held Thursday at 1:30 p.m. with the Rev. Father Charles P.
