Born March 17, 1933, in Berlin, she is a daughter of the late Henry and Lulu Belle (Landis) Shockey. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Betty Lou Shockey. She is survived by her husband of 31 years, William W. Gindlesperger; children, Don Scott and wife, Anita McShane, Buchannan, Tenn.; and Dorothy Jean Reyna and fiancˇ, Jesus Le—n, Cookeville, Tenn; and grandchildren, Nicole Jean McShane and fiancˇ, Stanley Roberts; and Don Scott McShane II. Sister of Lillian Yoder, Painesville, Ohio; Henry Shockey, Pittsburgh; Grace Svonavec, Rockwood; Ruth Drab, Rockwood; Sarah Cheminant, Salt Lake City, Utah; and Marie Powell, Grand Junction, Colo. She was a registered nurse and night supervisor at Somerset Hospital before joining her husband on the family farm. She was fond of crafts and collecting frogs. She also enjoyed working at The Hay Loft in Rockwood with her family. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, Somerset. A service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday at the Messiah Lutheran Church in New Centerville. The Rev. Will Osman officiating. Interment at Union Cemetery, New Centerville.
