  MARIAN E. GINDLESPERGER
  
  Marian E. Gindlesperger, 58, of 610 Main St., Berlin, died Nov. 10, 1987,
  at home.  She was born April 26, 1929, in Stonycreek Township, daughter of
  Ray and Bertha (Handwerk) Engle.  Preceded in death by parents and infant
  daughter.  Survived by her husband, James C.; a daughter, Mrs. William
  (Mary) Goettel of Verona; and a son, Mark, married to the former Lori Flamm
  of Berlin.  She was a sister of:  Mrs. Nada Schrock, Berlin; Mrs. Harry
  (Helen) Diest, Soemrset RD 5: Robert Engle, Mineral Point; and Ray Engle,
  Jr., Berlin.  She was a secretary for the Bittner Vending Company of
  Berlin.  She was a member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, treasurer of
  Fidelis Class of the Sunday School, and a faithful choir member for over 20
  years.  Friends will be received 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
  Thursday, at the Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home where services will be held
  at 11 a.m. Friday with the Rev. Melvin A. Kirk Jr., and the Rev. Carl W.
  Schwarm officiating.  Interment, Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.  In lieu of
  flowers, memorial contributions to the American Cancer Society, Box 364A,
  Somerset RD 5, Pa., 15501, would be appreciated.
