Gindlesperger, 82, of Stoystown RD 1, DOA Oct. 1, 1988, at Somerset Community Hospital. Born June 24, 1906, in Conemaugh Township, Somerset County, daughter of Silas and Lydia (Howard) Thomas. Preceded in death by parents; sisters: Cadila Eash, Maggie Sipe and Linnie Hershberger; brothers: Stephen Blough and Irvin Blough. Survived by husband, Curtis M.; daughters: Thelma, wife of Kevin E. Yaste, and Marlene, both of Stoystown RD 1; and Lois, wife of Edward A. Wilson, Somerset; two grandchildren: Karen (Yaste), wife of Nathan Appelgate, and Kevin L. Yaste, both of Stoystown RD 1. Sister of: Gladys, widow of Clarence Shaffer, Boswell RD 1; and Annie, widow of George Sala, Pennsburg. Life-long member of Thomas Mennonite Church. Observed 58th wedding anniversary June 24, 1988. Friends received 7-9 p.m. Monday and 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Tuesday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Allegheny St., Boswell. Service 2 p.m. Wednesday at Thomas Church, where viewing will also be held from 1 p.m. until the time of service, the Revs. Norman Moyer, Donald Speigle and Aldus Wingard. Interment, church cemetery.
