Sherman "Bud" Gindlesperger Jr., 58, 416 Main St., Boswell, pronounced dead evening of May 28, 1895, at home. Born July 29, 1926, in Boswell, son of Sherman and Ruth (Christner) Gindlesperger Sr. Preceded in death by parents; sister, Dorothy Shaver, who died in 1971. Survived by son, Daniel; sister, Deanna, wife of Frederick Tipton, Garfield Heights, Ohio; six nieces and nephews. Member of Clowns of America, Circus Model Builders and National Home Builders Association. Well-known for his homemade circus display. Third generation of family contractors who many built many area homes, businesses and churches. Recently employed by Gerlach, Inc., General Contractor, Lancaster. Army veteran of World War II. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Hoffman Funeral Home, Main St., Boswell, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, the Rev. Joseph M. Beer officiating.
