    Donald Glessner, 68, of Meyersdale, formerly of Garrett, died Dec. 24,
  2002 at the Van Zandt VA Med. Center in Altoona.  Born March 31, 1934 in
  Meyersdale.  A son of the late Royden E. and Bessie (Keefer) Glessner. 
  Also preceded in death by his stepmother, Evelyn (Beynon) Glessner;
  brother, Alden Glessner; sisters, Vella Lenhart and Jane Glessner; half
  brother, Jack Rork; and half sister, Helen Libbert.  Survived by two
  sisters: Nellie Lottig, St. Paul; and Edna Housel, Salisbury; and a brother
  Gene Glessner, Pittsburgh.  Also survived by a number of nieces and
  nephews.  Veteran of the U.S. Army, retired from Rockwood Insurance. 
  Former member of the Somerset County Fireman's Association where he served
  as secretary for 17 years.  Friends will be received 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
  Thursday at the Price Funeral Home, Meyersdale, where a service will be
  conducted at 1 p.m. Friday.  Interment Mt. Lebanon Cemetery.
