    Audra V. Glessner, 72, Central City, died Sept. 14, 2008, at her residence. Born Feb.
  2, 1936, in Somerset Township, the daughter of the late Andrew and Hazel (Enos) Shaffer.
  Also preceded in death by her husband, Charles B. Glessner Sr.; son, Charles B. Glessner
  Jr.; sister, Linda; and brother, James. Survived by children, Mrs. John (Brenda) Lucas,
  Enola; Rodney Glessner and wife, Neva, Garrett; Lester Glessner and wife, Lislie, Central
  City; four grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren. Sister
  of Ellen Dewitt, Elliotsburg; Ronald Shaffer, Manheim; Ruth Swartz, Harrisburg; Roger
  Shaffer, Conneaut; Barry Shaffer, Ohio; and Joan Danelli, Johnstown. Friends received 2
  to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday in the Robert H. Halverson Funeral Home, Somerset, where
  service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday. The Rev. Sherman Berkey officiating. Interment
  in Somerset County Memorial Park.
