    Mrs. Carrie P. Glessner, 81, of Somerset RD 5 died June 14 in Somerset
  Community Hospital.  Bown [sic] Feb 21, 1893, in Lincoln Township, a
  daughter of the late John J. and Mary Gnagey Darr.  Preceded in death by
  her husband, James S., five brothers and two sisters.  Survived by these
  children: Mrs. Robert (Ethel) Stahl of Sharon; Mrs. Frank (Gladys) Lowry of
  Friedens RD 2; Owen of Friedens RD 1; Mrs. Jack (Betty) Brant of Berlin;
  Mrs. Norman (Grace) Harvey and James B. both of Somerset RD 5, 20
  grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.  A member of the Somerset
  Church of the Brethren, the Somerset Grange, and the Fourth Society of Farm
  Women.  Friends will be received after 2 p.m. Sunday in the Richard E.
  Hauger Funeral Home.  Funeral Service 1:30 p.m. Monday in the Somerset
  Church of the Brethren with the Rev. Paul White officiating.  Interment,
  Somerset County Memorial Park.  Remains will be taken to the church 12:30 p.m.
