  HOWARD G. GLESSNER
  
    Howard G. Glessner, 91, of Friedens RD 1, died at his home, May 13,
  1973.  Born April 15, 1882, in Brothersvalley Township, he was a son of the
  late George and Ellen (Suder) Glessner.  He was also preceded in death by
  his first death wife, the former Elmira Brant, a brother, two sisters and
  an infant daughter.
    He is survived by his second wife, the former Myrtle Gardner: three sons,
  Royden of Garrett; George of Somerset RD 5: and Paul, Cumberland RD 6; also
  ten grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren
  and a brother, Sherman, of Ellsworth, Ill. 
    He was a member of Hay's Mount Zion United Church of Christ.
    Funeral service was held Wednesday afternoon in Richard E. Hauger Funeral
  Home, Somerset, with Rev. Richard Shellenberger officiating.  Interment in
  Hay's Cemetery.
