  GLESSNER
  
  Ivy O. Glessner, 93, of Siemon Lakeview Manor Estate, formerly of Berlin RD
  1, died Aug. 24, 1987, at Somerset Community Hospital.  Born April 15, 1894,
  in Stonycreek Township, daughter of Ira G. and Sydney (Walker) Carver. 
  Preceded in death by parents; husband, Grover; brother, Elton; and sisters,
  Ollie Pile and Vesta Kimmel.  Survived by daughters: Mrs. Kenneth (Ilga)
  Patterson, Williamsport, Md.; and Mrs. Harry (Margaret) Ware, Friedens RD
  2; six grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one step-great-grandson; and
  four great-great-grandchildren.  She was a sister of Mrs. Alma Friedline,
  Siemon Lakeview Manor, and Mrs. Russell (Ruth) Pile, Maugansville, Md. 
  Member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church.  Former member of ELCW, and taught
  Sunday school for many years.  Friends will be received 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
  Tuesday at the Johnson-Kuhlman Funeral Home were services will be held at
  11 a.m. Wednesday, the Rev. Melvin A. Kirk Jr. officiating.  Interment,
  Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
