  RAY A. GLESSNER
  
    Ray A. Glessner, 63, of Berlin RD 3, died Aug. 17, 1981, at home.
    He was born May 11, 1918, in Brothersvalley Township, son of the late
  Harry H. and Emily (McLuckie) Glessner.
    He is survived by widow, the former Jane Lambert, whom he married June
  12, 1940; daughter, Mrs. Donald (Barbara) Poorbaugh, Berlin RD 1; and three
  grandchildren, Scott, Gail, and Eric.  Brother of Mrs. Pauline Scheifele of
  Transfer.
    He was a retired potato and dairy farmer; a member of Trinity United
  Church of Christ, Berlin, Berlin Lodge, I.O.O.F.; was a former director of
  Pro-FAC.
    Friends were received at the Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where
  services were conducted with the Rev. Charles W. Sigler, officiating. 
  Interment, I.O.O.F. Cemetery, Berlin.  If friends desire, instead of
  flowers, contributions may be made to Trinity UCC, Berlin, or American
  Diabetes Association, Johnstown.
