Born Oct. 10, 1951 in Stoneycreek Township, son of the late Philip Harner and Mary (Shaffer) Glessner. Survived by his wife of 31 years, the former Karen Hay, and these children: Philip Neal and Andrea Lynn both at home. Brother of: Mrs. David (Esther) Harro Shuey of Campbelltown, Philip H. Jr. of Fort Wayne, Ind., Ronald L. of Harrington, Del., Mrs. Edward (Sally) Haselbarth, Byron E. and Mrs. George (Carolyn) Custer all of Berlin, and Ralph E. of Salix. Also survived by his mother-in-law Majorie Hay and brother-in-law Carl Hay Jr. of Fairhope. 1969 Graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School. Former employee of P.B.S Coals. Member of Berlin Brethren Church. No viewing or visitation. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Berlin Brethren Church Rev. Eugene Oburn officiating.
