Glodfelty, John M.

  John M. Glodfelty of Confluence, who fell last week and died at once 
was a veteran of the Civil War, aged about 74 years. He has one son 
living and a brother whose residence is in Hyndman. He was an active 
member of the Christian Church of Confluence and teacher of the men's 
Bible Class. An impressive service was held over his remains in the 
church. The floral offerings were many and most beautiful. A tender 
tribute to his memory was paid by his pastor, Rev. J. A. Hopkins. At 
the cemetery the committal was made by the G. A. R. Post of Ursina of 
which he was a member.
