  FRANKLIN GLOTFELTY
  
    Franklin Glotfelty, 60, Accident RD 1, Md., died July 29, 1983 at his
  home.
    He was born April 29, 1922 in Accident, and was a son of Ira Glotfelty
  and Florence (Niner) Glotfelty.  He was a retired boat mechanic and an Army
  veteran of World War II.
    He is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Nancy L. Miller, San Leandro,
  Calif.; Mrs. Judy Vroman, Fostoria, Ohio, and Mrs. Brenda Spiker,
  Grantsville, Md.; two sisters, Mrs. Nora Rafferty, Frostburg, Md., and Mrs.
  Lillian Thomas, Ohio; two brothers, William Glotfelty, Accident, and Robert
  L. Glotfelty, Jennings, Md., and three grandchildren.
    Friends were received at the Stewart Funeral Home in Oakland, Md., where
  services were conducted with the Rev. William Stiles officiating. 
  Interment will be in Garrett County Memorial Gardens.
