Born Feb. 15, 1923, in Salisbury, son of the late David and Margaret (Hanft) Glotfelty. He was also preceded in death by his brother, Earl Glotfelty. Survived by his wife, Grace A. (Swauger) Glotfelty; sister-in-law, Betty Glotfelty, Salisbury; nephew, Gary Glotfelty and wife, Bonnie, Monrovia, Md.; great-niece and nephew, Kelly and Scott. Glotfelty was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church. A U.S. Army veteran of World War II, he was a life member of Salisbury American Legion. He was also member of Salisbury Fire Dept. and retired cement finisher. Memorial services will be conducted at 3 p.m., Wednesday, in the Newman Funeral Home Inc., Salisbury, with the Rev. David E. Fetter officiating. Private interment will be in Salisbury Cemetery. Expressions of sympathy may be directed to either St. John's Lutheran Church or Salisbury Area Ambulance Association.
