Glotfelty, 71 of Everett, died May 12 in UPMC, Bedford Memorial. Born Aug. 16, 1926, in Meyersdale, son of late Walter E. and Emma (Kretchman) Glotfelty. Married to the former Beulah Miller, who survives along with one daughter, Connie Akers of Waldorf, Md., and 3 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; brothers: Lee, of Oklahoma; Robert of Berlin; sisters: Hazel Critchfield of Meyersdale; Pauline Spear of Berlin. Preceded in death by parents; brothers, Clark and Mack. Member of Zion Lutheran Church, Everett; Everett F & A.M. Lodge 524; Valley of Harrisburg Consistory. Served in U.S. Army, World War II. Member of VFW and American Legion, both of Everett, and DAV and Everett Honor Guard. Retired truck driver from Pie-Ryder, Hagerstown, Md. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Dalla Valle Funeral Service, Main St., Everett, with the Rev. Elsa Clark officiating. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and on Thursday one hour prior to services at the Dalla Valle Funeral Service, Main St., Everett. Interment, Everett Cemetery.
