Gnagey, 51, of Brookline, Pittsburgh, died November 30, in St. John's Hospital, Pittsburgh. He had been associated with the Rust Engineering Company for 20 years. He was born in Meyersdale, the son of Elmer and Bertha Gnagey, both deceased. He was a member of the Brookline Boulevard United Presbyterian Church, and was a veteran of World War I. His wife, Mrs. Nancy Ward Gnagey, survives and four sisters: Mrs. Ira Cober and Mrs. Jay Suder of Berlin, Mrs. Roy Saylor and Mrs. Mary Mimma of Meyersdale. Funeral services were held Dec. 3, at 3 p.m. at Beinhauers Mortuary. Burial was made in the Mt. Lebanon Cemetery. Meyersdale Republican, December 8, 1949
