  Richard F. "Rick" Gohn, 44, Jennerstown, died Dec. 16, 2004, at Memorial
  Medical Center.  Born Feb. 8, 1960, in Somerset.  Preceded in death by
  father, John C. "Jack" Sr.  Survived by mother, Marie (Phillips) Shebaugh,
  Taylor; son, Richard Lee "Tink" Gohn, Jennerstown; stepchildren, Daniel
  Forney, Boswell and Tammy Forney, Jennerstown; six grandchildren and
  brothers: William Phillips, Jenners, John C. Jr. and wife, Teresa,
  Lancaster, Thomas E. and wife, Cheryl, Somerset; Wayne E., Rockwood,
  Vincent L., Somerset and Charles Shebaugh, Pottstown.  A 1978 graduate of
  Conemaugh Township Area High School.  Friends received from 6 to 8 p.m.
  Sunday and from noon until time of service at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Hoffman
  Funeral Home, Allegheny Street, Boswell.  The Rev. C.J. Ickes officiating.
  Interment, Jenner Crossroads Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, contributions to
  the family for funeral expenses would be appreciated.
