(Trella) 01/22/08 Daily American Carol A. (Trella) Goldring, 61, Havertown, died Jan. 18, 2008, at Lankenau Hospital, Wynnewood. Born July 1, 1946, in Quecreek, the daughter of the late Walter and Anna (Plaso) Trella. She is survived by husband, Henry Goldring, Havertown; son, David A. Goldring and daughter, Suzanne J., wife of Derek Nielson. Also survived+ by father-in-law, Sidney Goldring and two nephews, Jeffrey and Michael Levenberg. She was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a master's degree in education. She was a school teacher for Haverford Township School for 30 years. She enjoyed sewing, cooking, housekeeping, entertaining, exercise, traveling and the theater. She was the adviser for the Haverford Middle School yearbook for 10 years. She was particularly proud of raising her family. She was a member of Rumm Cubbers, who met weekly for 2 years. She was a member of St. Pius X Church, Broomall. Friends are invited to call from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Frank C. Videon Funeral Home, Broomall and also from 9:30 a.m. to time of service at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at St. Pius X Church, where funeral Mass will be celebrated. Burial at SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Broomall.
