HARVEY F. GOMER

  Harvey Francis Gomer, 74, of Meyersdale, died at 1:30 p.m. Monday, March 17, 
at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Jessie L. Cook, R.D., Meyersdale.
  Born May 17, 1879, the son of Daniel and Hannah Cone Gomer, he lived most of 
his life in Somerset County.
  He is survived by two daughters; Mrs. Cook mentioned above and Mrs. Leo 
Carrie, R.D. Meyersdale, eight grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
  His wife, Mrs. Mary Ann Shoemaker Gomer, preceded him in death by nineteen 
years.
  Services were held at 2:30 p.m. at the White Oak church with the Rev. J. E. 
Gindlesperger officiating.  Burial in the White Oak cemetery under the direction 
of W. C. Price and Son.
