IDA GOMER

  Mrs. Ida Gomer died at the home of her sister, Mrs. Joe Beal, 235 North 
Street, Thursday morning, May 23, at 9:00 a.m.  She was born October 5, 1867, 
the daughter of Jonathan and Julia Ann (Hutzell) Albright, both of Pennsylvania.  
She was the wife of Wilson Gomer, deceased.  At the time of her death she was 73 
years, 7 months and 18 days of age.
  Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Joe Beal, Meyersdale, and Mrs. Chauncey Meese, 
Salisbury; one brother, Frank Albright, of Masontown; one son, James, and one 
daughter, Mrs. Harry Shumaker, Akron, Ohio.  Three grandchildren also survive.
  Funeral services were held Saturday afternoon at 4 o'clock at the Beal home, 
Rev. H. K. Hilner, pastor of Zion Lutheran Church, officiated.  Interment was in 
the Temple Cemetery near White Oak, by W. C. Price & Son, local morticians.
