    Richard H. Gonder, 91, Boswell RD 3, DOA Jan. 8, 1993, Somerset Hospital.
  Born Aug. 8, 1901, in Jenner Township, son of W. Fremont and Lucy
  (Escherick) Gonder.  Preceded in death by parent; wife, the former Helen D.
  Foltz, died Jan. 13, 1971; sister, Mary e. Gindlesperger, and brother,
  Carlos G.  Survived by son, Richard F., married to Alice Carl, Boswell RD 3;
  also three grandchildren, Alayne Yeash, David and Lee; and one
  great-grandson, Michael Yeash.  Member of Mt. Laurel United Church of Christ
  and NRA. Retired electrician, farmer and miner and formerly worked at
  DeVilbiss Health Care, Somerset. Bus driver for North Star schools for many
  years.  Friends received from noon to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday, Hoffman
  Funeral Home, Main Street, Boswell, where service will be held at 11 a.m.
  Monday, Rev. Joseph Beer and the Rev. Donald Speigle officiating.
  Interment, Jenner-Crossroads Cemetery.
