   GORDON, Jane Robertson 03/11/08  Daily American
  
   Jane Robertson Gordon, 90, passed away on, March 2, 2008, with her family at her side.
  Born July 23, 1917, in Bradford. Jane was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years,
  Richard K. Gordon. During World War II, Jane raised her two children, Scott (Dolores) and
  Betsy (Harry Osborne) while husband Dick served as a paratrooper. Jane is survived by her
  brothers, Richard L. Robertson (Elsie) and Paul W. "Buster" Robertson (Edith). She and
  Dick had 11 Grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Jane's post-war years involved
  raising her family as well as being office manager of Neilan Engineers in Somerset. Jane
  was a member as well as president of the Somerset Soroptomist Club and served on their 
  board of directors. Upon retirement, Dick and Jane spent winters in Mesa, Ariz. and
  summers in Show Low, Ariz. A memorial service for this witty, sophisticated, beautiful
  lady will be held at the Church of the Master Presbyterian Church, 5659 E. University,
  Mesa, Ariz. at 2:30 p.m. March 22. In lieu of flowers, a donation may be made to Church
  of the Master.
