Born June 22, 1912, in Bedford County, the son of E. J. and Bertha (Strailey) Gorsuch. Preceded in death by parents; infant son; sisters: Armilla, Romain Conrad, and Virginia Foor; and brother, Willard. Survived by his wife, the former Imogene Faint; daughters: Mrs. Charles (Barbara) Berkley, Friedens RD 1; and Mrs. Leo (Mary Jane) Blair, of Morehead, Ky.; grandchildren Tammy Berkley Moore, Brian Berkley, Eric and Jason Blair; great-grandchildren, Brittany and Brandon Moore. Was a brother of Thomas, James, Betty and Jane, all of Everett; Edwin, Bedford; and Elliot, Lorain, Ohio. Was owner and operator of Gorsuch Plumbing & Heating and a member of Friedens Lutheran Church. Family will receive friends 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, the Rev. James R. Ling officiating.
