  GOURLEY
  
    Dr. John C. Gourley Jr. 86, 903 Park Ave., Windber, died Aug. 23, 1996,
  at the Church of the Brethren Home.  Born Feb. 2, 1910, in Heilwood, Indiana
  County, Pa.; son of Dr. John C. and Myra (Park) Gourley.  Preceded in death
  by parents; wife, the former Christine Daly; and sister, Martha Baylor.
  Survived by sons: John C. III, Windber, George D., married to the former
  Carol Thompson, Somerset and these grandchildren, John IV, Windber, Michael
  C. and Jennie A., wife of Matt Klejka, Somerset and great-grandson, Jeremiah
  Klejka.  Brother of Mary Jane Gourley of Windber and Dr. George P. Gourley,
  Somerset.  A 1928 graduate of Windber High School and a 1934 graduate of the
  University of Pittsburgh Dental School.  Practiced dentistry in Windber from
  1936 to 1992.  Member of First Presbyterian Church and life member of
  Windber Fire Company No. 1 and long-time member and secretary of Greenwoods
  Hunting Club.  At request of the family, there will be no service or
  visitation.  Interment Richland Cemetery.  Arrangements by Meek Funeral Home
  Inc., Windber.
