  GOWARTY
  
  Mrs. Helen Gowarty, 56, Stoystown RD 1 (Jenner Crossroads) died July 14,
  1973 at Mercy Hospital, Johnstown.  Born September 5, 1916 in Jenners, a
  daughter of Michael and Anna Tkach Vesek.  Preceded in death by parents,
  two infant sons, brother Joseph and sister Mary.  Survived by husband John
  A. and these children, John, married to the former Mary Lou Meyers,
  Columbia; James, married to the former Pat Berkey, Kingwood, W. Va.; Diane,
  wife of Robert Horak of Carnegie; Dennis, Pittsburgh; Rose Ann, wife of
  William Harker, San Francisco, Calif.; and Barbara at home and seven
  grandchildren.  She was a sister of George of Jenners; Betty, wife of
  Thomas Panion and Steve, both of Baltimore, Md. and Miss Ann New York
  City.  Member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Jenners.
