  DALE F. GOWER
  
  Dale F. Gower, 72, Confluence, died April 29, 2004, at his home.  Born April
  5, 1932, in Harnedsville, son of the late Jacob and Myrtle (Colflesh) Gower.
  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers Clyde and
  Paul and sister Elsie.  Survived by wife of 45 years Phyllis (Tressler)
  Gower, and a number of nieces and nephews.  A U.S. Army Veteran of the
  Korean War and served as a Somerset County Dog Warden for 23 years until
  his retirement.  Friends will be received from 3 to 9 p.m. Friday and 10
  a.m. Saturday to 3 p.m., the hour of service, at Humbert Funeral Home,
  Confluence.  The Rev. Arthur J. Gotjen officiating.  Interment in Silbaugh
  Cemetery.  Family suggests memorial contributions to the Humane Society of
  Somerset County, P.O. Box 182, Somerset, Pa. 15501.
