Gray, aged 27 years, 10 months and 18 days, died at his home in Boynton on Wednesday, June 10th, after being afflicted one week with acute nephretis. He was the son of Samuel P. and May Ann Stevanus Gray and was born at Coal Run, July 22, 1903. He is survived by his wife, Mary Elizabeth Gray, one son, Clyde, of Boynton, and the following named sisters and brother, Margaret, Hazel, Mamie, Maud and Mazie Gray, Mrs. Lottie Fisher, Mrs. Delmar Logue and Daniel Gray. Mr. Gray was a member of the Church of Christ of Boynton. Funeral services were conducted on Saturday, June 13th, by Rev. Robert Glass of Cumberland and Rev. Ralph Groves of Frostburg. Interment was made in the I.O.O.F. Cemetery of Salisbury. R. Reich & Son were the officiating undertakers. Meyersdale Republican, June 18, 1931
