  GRAY
  
  Mrs. May J. Gray, 68, of Main Street, Berlin, died July 9, 1977, in
  Meyersdale Community Hospital.  She was born November 25, 1908, daughter of
  the late Frank and Ada (Baer) Handwerk.  She was preceded in death by her
  husband, Alexander J., in 1971.  She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. David
  (Dorothy) Melvin, Cornwall, New York; and five grandchildren.  She was a
  sister of Norman Handwerk, and Mrs. Ruth Barkay, both of Berlin; and Mrs.
  Hillis (Hazel) Walker, Hadley, Pa.  She was a member of the Holy Trinity
  Lutheran Church in Berlin.  Friends are being received at the Johnson and
  Son Funeral Home in Berlin, where services will be held at 10:30 a.m.
  Monday, the Rev. Kenneth S. Swanson, officiating.  Interment, Berlin IOOF
  Cemetery.
