JOSEPH E. GREEN

  Joseph E. Green died on Monday, Feb. 17, at the home of his brother, Willis 
Green, in Addison Borough.
  He was born Sept. 4, 1881, and lived 66 years, 5 months and 13 days.  He was a 
son of Thomas and Mary Green, and is survived by the following named brothers 
and sisters: David Green, Sykesville, Md.; Noah Green, Uniontown, Pa.; Gilbert 
Green, Grantsville, Md.; Edward Green, Markleysburg, Pa.; Mrs. Laura 
Schlossnagle, Baltimore; Vertie Green, Ligonier; Charles Green, Addison R.D. 1; 
Susan and Willis Green, Addison.  Funeral services were held last Thursday 
afternoon in the Addison Lutheran Church, Rev. Jerome Guss and Rev. Raymond 
Hitchcock officiating.  Pallbearers were Troy Glass, Howard Wass, Edward 
Whetsel, Frank Wright, Chester Bender and John Dridy.  Interment in Addison 
Cemetery, under direction of Harry B. Rishebarger.
