  VERTIE M. GREEN
  
    Vertie M. Green, 76, Ligonier, died Monday, Dec. 11.  Born in Somerfield,
  Nov. 24, 1891, she was a daughter of Thomas and Mary (Bowser) Green.
    Surviving are two brothers, Willis of Addison, and Edward of
  Markleysburg; two sisters, Mary Susan Green of Berlin, and Mrs. Laura
  Schlossnagle of Baltimore.
    Funeral service was held Thursday, Dec. 14, at the Humbert Funeral Home
  in Confluence, with Rev. John R. Hickson officiating.  Interment was made in
  Addison Cemetery.
